City Developments Limited (CDL) has emerged as the winning bidder among six developers for the Champions Way site after a hiatus of more than ten years since the last government land sale (GLS) in Woodlands.

CDL placed the highest bid of close to $294.9 million, which worked out to be $904 per square foot per plot ratio, at 8.3% above the second highest bid. The site area is 155,350 square feet and can go up to 11 storey in height.

This site drew more interest from developers as it will hugely benefit from the growth and transformation of Woodlands Regional Centre, upgrading demand from people residing in Woodlands, and its short distance to Woodlands South MRT station (TE3) along the Thomson East Coast Line.
